If your item arrives damaged, please follow the process and contact our support center within 30 days of receiving your order for authorization. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item for free (we will reimburse you for return shipping), or you can choose to receive a full refund. How to request an exchange (returns and refunds)
If you have a problem with your item, please submit a ticket to our support center first
Please follow our warranty process carefully to minimize any delays:
1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? when? how? Please also include your full order number and product code (SKU number).
2: Tell us what steps you have taken to resolve the issue.
3. Provide the product code indicated on the outer packaging.
4. Send clear photos or videos of the defect; these should be taken under good lighting.
NOTE: Photos/videos preferably are sharp, focused, and taken at close to medium distances in good lighting conditions. This allows us to identify and verify the problem. We will always do our best to help you. Thank you in advance for all the above information.
Missing item, wrong item, or incorrect package sent
Please be sure to open the package and double check the contents before signing for the package.
For any questions, please follow our process carefully to minimize any delays:
1. Please contact our support center and provide your order number and product code (SKU number).
2. Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all visible shipping labels, and the item received (if applicable).
Possible solutions:
- If any items are lost, we will resend the lost items/accessories for free within the warranty period.
- If we shipped the wrong item: We will refund you in full or send a replacement item (if applicable and available). After receiving the goods, we will decide whether you need to return the goods and compensate for the return shipping costs.
Returns and Compensation Process

For exchanges, processing time for exchanged items will be 3-6 business days after receipt of the returned item, depending on stock availability.
For refunds, our processing time is 3-6 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund time thereafter will depend on the payment method. See details below:
- Wallet refunds take up to 24 hours to process and appear in your account.
-PayPal refunds can take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
- Credit card refunds will take 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay is entirely dependent on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
Repairs take 7-14 working days, depending on the item and manufacturer's spare parts inventory.
